What is LSP?

LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is a facilitated meeting, communication and problem-solving methodology created by the LEGO® group in 1996 to help business leaders improve creative thinking and communication. By utilizing visual, auditory and kinesthetic skills, the methodology requires participants to learn and listen, and it provides all participants with a voice. How Does It Work?

Why did we learn so rapidly as children? We didn’t rely exclusively on reading, writing or speaking to explain how we experience the world - we used our hands to build it. Who Has Used It?

Private, non-profit and government organizations around the world have used this method for almost 30 years. Participants are led by a trained facilitator through a series of questions designed to release untapped knowledge within individuals and the group.
